Admissions at Balance Recovery Network
Taking the first step toward healing takes courage and we’re here to walk with you from the very beginning. Our admissions process is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and clarity, so that you or your loved one can focus on what truly matters: recovery.
We understand that many individuals seeking treatment are professionals who are navigating responsibilities at home and at work. Whether you’re using FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), short-term disability, or simply taking a step back to prioritize your mental and emotional health, we’re here to support your transition with respect and discretion.
We also recognize that some individuals may be entering treatment through court-ordered programs or while on probation. Our team is experienced in coordinating with legal systems and probation officers, and we will ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on time. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible so you can focus fully on your recovery.
Step 1
A Grounded, Compassionate Conversation
Our admissions team is available 24/7 and is made up of individuals who understand the path to recovery many have walked it themselves or supported someone who has. When you reach out, you’ll speak with someone who truly listens, without judgment.
During your first call, we’ll explore a few key questions to better understand your current situation, professional obligations, and treatment goals. From there, we’ll help determine the best treatment option and location within our network of trusted facilities.
Step 2
Insurance Verification & Financial Guidance
We believe that no one should be turned away from help because of finances. During this stage, we’ll verify your insurance benefits and walk you through coverage and costs in clear terms.
If you don’t have insurance or if we’re not in network with your provider, we’ll still help guide you toward the best available options, whether through alternative funding, payment plans, or referrals to a trusted partner facility. If you are using FMLA, we can provide all necessary documentation to support your leave and ensure a smooth process with your employer.
Step 3
Travel & Arrival Coordination
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll be with you every step of the way helping to coordinate your travel and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged. Whether you’re coming from nearby or out of state, we strive to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Upon arrival, a compassionate team member will be there to meet you personally. From the moment you step through our doors, we’ll be right beside you offering reassurance, care, and presence as you begin your journey. You’ll receive a full health and clinical evaluation, which becomes the foundation for your personalized treatment plan.
Step 4
Evaluation & Personalized Treatment Plan
Every individual is unique. That’s why your treatment plan is developed around your specific needs, diagnosis, personal experiences, and goals, including your return to work and long-term wellbeing. You’ll be paired with a dedicated team including a primary therapist, case manager, and medical professionals who will guide your care.
We integrate clinical insight with holistic healing methods focusing not just on stopping substance use, but on restoring health, emotional clarity, and personal balance that supports both personal and professional life.
